This information has been gathered from the code of practice which can be found here.

All visitors must use the sinks and foot dips provided at the farm before and after any contact with the animals.
Farm animals are Zoonotic, meaning they can pass illness onto humans (including, but not limited to ringworm, erysipelas, leptospirosis, streptococcosis, campylobacterosis, salmonellosis, cryptosporidiosis, giardiasis, balantidiasis, influenza, infection with pathogenic E. coli, and brucellosis) Equally humans can pass them to animals and therefore If you have a known contagious illness you will need to re-book for a time when the illness has passed you must do so 48-hours prior to your experience.
We conduct extensive risk assessments on all aspects of our farm to ensure the safety of all of our visitors, staff, and animals.
If you are pregnant we suggest getting advice from your midwife or GP before coming to the farm. People with low immunity, very young, or elderly generations should also limit touching the animals and thoroughly wash their hands and shoes using the foot dips, sinks, and sanitisers provided.
Customers are advised to contact their doctor/GP/midwife before booking if they are immunocompromised, suffering from illnesses, recently been in hospital, have severe allergies, disabilities, mental health issues or anything else that you have concerns about for advice.

All our animals on the farm are very friendly and used to visitors, however, we cannot guarantee they will not bite/cause harm. They do have the ability to do so, therefore precaution must be taken at all times as instructed by us in the Health & Safety briefing.

Pigs have bad eyesight, so when approaching them, do so with caution. Do not put your fingers near their mouths, do not chase them. We ask you to respect the animal's home and territory and behave sensibly.

We supply all food to our animals and ask that you do not feed them with anything other than what we give you. Do not take any food or drink items into the pens.

You will be responsible for yourself and your belongings during your experience. We are not liable for any loss, theft, or damage to your property.

We ask all visitors to respect us, our animals and the premise
s.  If during your visit to the farm your attitude or behaviour is abusive or disrespectful to ourselves or our animals you will be asked to leave the farm without a refund. This includes unacceptable behaviour, not following instructions, breaking rules and equipment, endangering others and animals. Offensive or aggressive behaviour will not be tolerated. Theft and unwillingness to pay for goods or services, unacceptable behaviour from adults or children will be asked leave, refused future entry and will be asked to remove vehicles and property from the site.

You must take precaution when opening/closing gates into the animal pens. If any of the animals escape please do not chase them, alert us immediately.

All our animals are very much loved and cared for, we follow strict animal welfare and their health and happiness is our main priority – please do not chase, push, kick or force our animals to do anything.

If participating in the trailer ride you do so at your own risk and agree to follow the strict safety rules provided.
